"Basic SEO" means setting up your site so people, Google, and AI search can understand who you are, what you offer, where you serve, and how to reach you. Per Google's own guidance that is standard setup, not a ranking guarantee.
Every package includes a care plan at its tier price ($50, $100, or $150 per month). New or larger work is quoted separately; the boundary is below.
You can cancel any time. You own your domain, so the site goes with you. When care ends, hosting, monitoring, backups, and updates end with it.
Add-ons can be added at build time or later, quoted within these ranges.
Anything outside your package or care plan is quoted as a fixed add-on or written change order, and approved before any work starts. No surprise hourly charges.
Review requests. Google lets you remind customers to leave a review with a link or QR code, but prohibits incentives for posting, changing, or removing reviews. Our review add-ons set up compliant reminders only. Google's review policy.
Before we call a site launched, we test it on mobile, verify the forms deliver, connect Search Console, submit the sitemap, and fix any launch bugs for 30 days.
You see what you are paying for, what is included, and what costs extra, in writing before any money changes hands.
It depends on the package and how quickly we can pull together your content and photos. A one-page Local Starter can move fast (a few days once content and photos are ready); a larger Local Authority site with service pages takes longer (a week or more). The honest answer is that the content usually takes the longest, not the build.
After the free Checkup call, we give you a realistic timeline in writing before you pay any deposit.
Yes. You own your domain and your content. If you leave, the site goes with you and we hand it off cleanly.
Some owners come to us after a previous designer locked them out of their own site. That does not happen here.
The monthly fee is not just server space. It is a care layer that keeps your site secure, online, and backed up. Every plan includes secure hosting, an SSL certificate, backups, basic uptime monitoring, software and security updates, form-delivery checks, Search Console monitoring, and one small content update each month (swap a photo, fix a typo, update your hours).
It is care, not unlimited work. New pages, redesigns, copywriting, SEO campaigns, ads, and custom features are quoted separately. See more on the pricing page.
Yes, any time. You own your domain, so the site is yours.
When care ends, the hosting, monitoring, backups, updates, and monthly content update end with it, and the site needs to move to hosting you arrange. If you want help migrating, we can quote that as a fixed add-on. There is no penalty for leaving.
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Google is clear that there are no secrets that automatically rank a site first, and that indexing is never guaranteed. Anyone promising a ranking is either guessing or misleading you.
What we do promise is sound structure and clean basics. “Basic SEO” here means we set your site up so people, Google, and AI search can clearly understand who you are, what you offer, where you serve, and how customers contact you. Per Google’s own guidance, there is no special schema or trick needed to appear in AI results. Foundational SEO, helpful content, crawlability, and an accurate Business Profile are what matter.
So we get the foundation right and stay straight about the rest. We will not sell you a position on a results page, because no one can.

Sometimes. And sometimes a clean rebuild is cheaper and better than patching an old site. It depends on what is under the hood.
That is what the free Local Web Checkup is for. We look at what you have and tell you whether it is worth updating or replacing. Either way, the scope and price are fixed and written down before you commit to anything.
A quick seven-point review of how findable and contactable your business is.
